How long can I list an item?
You have the option to list your items indefinitely or to let your item expire after a certain period. Since we do not collect listing fees, we won't force to you have to constantly relist your items.
What are the fees?
Comic Art Mall charges a 1% service fee from the seller for their sales.
How do I pay the fees?
The fee is automatically collected through Stripe. Once a payment is made, the fee will be deducted from the payment automatically. The main benefit is that you don't need to worry about monthly invoices from us.
Are there monthly or listing fees?
If I issue a refund, do I get the Comic Art Mall service fee back?
Yes, if you process the refund through the Comic Art Mall website.
What is Stripe?
Stripe is an online payment processor just like PayPal. They are trusted by over a million businesses and is one of the major online payment processors. When you connect your Stripe account to Comic Art Mall, you will be able to provide your customers a seamless checkout experience. Stripe is free to join. Like other payment processors, Stripe charge a payment processor fee once a successful charge is made. This is a standard fee for accepting credit card payments.
I had a problem with my order. What can I do?
Please contact the seller/store where you purchased your item(s) from, for issues related to your order. If there is an issue with the website, please contact us to alert us of the issue.
How do I leave feedback?
Go to the orders page to view your order. There will be a button to leave feedback on your order.
I cannot reach the seller/store and have not received my item(s). What can I do?
Please try your best to contact the seller/store and resolve the issue between you and the seller. You also have the option to contact your credit card company and file a dispute.
